Vertical control, end to end.

Most lighting "manufacturers" are actually assemblers—they buy housings from one supplier, drivers from another, and screw them together. We don't. We cast, machine, anodise, age, and assemble LED forklift lights in-house. That's how we consistently hit IP68 waterproof standards, and keep our wholesale partners' margins healthy.

Precision die-cast into housing forms under controlled pressure.

Cast pieces are inspected for porosity, dimension, and consistency.

Grinding Edge
Edges are mechanically ground to specification no burrs.

Tapping
Threads are tapped for mounting hardware and gland fittings.

Extrusion Parts
Heat-sink fins and bracket parts extruded to final profile.

Post-Processing
CNC finishing and pre-treatment ahead of assembly.

Housing Model
Forming and shaping of the final housing geometry.

Semi-Auto Equipment
Sub-assembly on semi-automatic production lines.

Making Housing
Final housing assembly and seal-fit verification.

Poke Billet Side
Side-poking and detail finishing on the billet edge.

Pending Oxidation
Anodisation queue corrosion-resistant surface treatment.

Wires and PCBs are aged for thermal & electrical stability.

LED drive boards are populated, soldered, and tested.
